BJ Baldwin bashes British bumps in his Baja bruiser

It may be lords and manors at Goodwood, but anyone is welcome during the Festival of Speed: even Monster Energy’s insane Baja trophy truck, as driven by racing champion BJ “And the Bear” Baldwin.

We last saw this truck tear across Ensenada in a timed challenge. By that comparison, this drive must be far easier. The 800-horsepower Silverado squats down and gets sideways up the asphalt, then roars and roars and roars to the top.

There’s been a lot of amazing cars at the Goodwood Festival of Speed this year, but this certainly qualifies as the loud American in a crowd full of European toffs.
