Ringbrothers show off amazing 980-horsepower Chevelle “Recoil”

Ringbrothers show off amazing 980-horsepower Chevelle “Recoil”

Ringbrothers builds some of the most acclaimed muscle cars, and their work has earned them awards and attention at SEMA. Here, Mike and James Ring stop by Jay Leno’s shop to show them the 1966 Chevelle that they spent over 5,000 hours sweating the details on.

The Chevelle, known as “Recoil,” features impeccable details and carbon-fiber bodywork, as well as a thoroughly custom, handmade interior unlike anything you might’ve ever seen in a custom build. It also features a 7.0-liter LSx engine with a Whipple supercharger that produces an astounding 980 horsepower.

Needless to say, Leno is mighty impressed.
