Check out this amazing collection of images from Chevrolet.
On August 18th, fans arrived at 7:00 AM for the Lansing Grand River Camaro Factory Fest. From wiring harnesses to chassis marriage, fans got to see all the amazing detail that goes into each vehicle.
Each tour lasted 45 minutes and offered enthusiasts an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at how one the lightest, leanest and meanest Camaro is built.
Highlights included hundreds of Camaros, plant tours, tech talks with Camaro engineers, merchandise displays and the unveil of a 60’ mural featuring all generations of Camaro.
In the early morning of August 19th, hundreds of Camaro owners descended on downtown Detroit for an opportunity to talk to Camaro engineers, check out the fantastic collection of Camaros, and caravan up legendary Woodward Avenue led by GM’s Mark Reuss in the 50th Anniversary Special Edition Indianapolis 500 pace car to take over the Woodward Dream Cruise.
