Car and Driver’s yearly Lightning Lap Test results are in, and to say the new Camaro 1LE put in a good showing would be the understatement of the year.
As they note, in the world of Camaros, the SS 1LE is indeed an exotic. The new SS 1LE put down lap times right behind the Porsche Cayman GT4 and ahead of the Audi R8 V10 Plus, impressed yet?
Car and Driver goes on to note about the new SS 1LE, “To look at the price, it’s clear the SS 1LE doesn’t know it’s not a bona fide exotic. We won’t tell if you won’t.”
