Nasty Twin Turbo Z/28 crushes rivals in Nashville

Nasty Twin Turbo Z/28 crushes rivals in Nashville

The twin-turbo V8 has been one of the best engines for those who want to go fast without having to break the bank completely. And when you want to go drag racing, you strap on some of the biggest turbos that you can find to make the most power where you really need it.

And that’s exactly what was done with the Camaro. Take an old Z28, grand two 88mm turbos, strap them to a 509 Cubic inch V8, and you have yourself a very potent drag car. The sound that this beast makes while on the strip is incredible, and the speeds are blistering.

You owe it to yourself to check out this rad Camaro, and to watch the runs that it makes. Big turbos are a ton of fun.

What other big turbo Chevy’s have you been watching lately?
