Thousands of dollars of rubber go up in smoke, on purpose

We’re all for truck competitions, but burning up thousands of dollars in tires just never makes sense to us — that is unless the winner receives a new set of tires as part of his prize!

In the video above heavily modified fullsize-ers do their best brake stands at Royal Purple Raceway, lighting up as much rubber as they can for the cheers of the crowd.
